About Us
We are a 501c3 non-profit community youth baseball and softball organization. Sponsored by local businesses and community run. Coaches, team parents, umpires, concession staff, & elected board members are pleased to dedicate our time to providing organized baseball and softball, encouragement, and betterment for the lives of our community’s youth, our next generation. Raising up the next generation, one season at a time.
Our Philosophy
RCRC is dedicated to the philosophy that every child will have the opportunity to be an active participant of their team and encourage competitive fair play, teamwork, hard work, confidence, good sportsmanship, and of course FUN!

SPRING FUNDRAISER
2026 is a very special year for us! It's our 50th year serving within the community. We had a very special opening ceremony: colors were presented by veterans in our RCRC family; first pitches thrown by our own Bastrop County Judge Gregory Klaus & Bastrop County Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Krystal Stabeno! Our t-ball field was dedicated as Bauer Field, in honor of a man who has put a tremendous amount of time and dedication into our organization - Mr Al Bauer!
Our season end fundriser we will of course have: Fabulous food, Kid & Adult Home Run Derby's; raffles; live auction; awards; fireworks at the end of the night (as long as a burn ban is not in effect) & just an all around fabulously great time!
